The Human Resources Department is one of the critical units at Kharazmi Pharmaceutical Company as this unit plays a special role in presenting the products and services to customers.
According to the Mission Statement of the Organization, Kharazmi Pharmaceutical Company tries to make the use of knowledge and staff development operational. In this regard, the HR management optimally utilizes the capabilities of the staff for moving towards individual and organizational development. To achieve this, the HR department does activities such as Human Resource Planning (HRP), recruitment, Human Resources Development (HRD), Compensation for services, training and importantly plans to increase staff health.
The goals in different HR units – Personnel Affairs, human recourse development, safety, health, supporting and security – are set to help the company achieve its long-term strategic goals by cost optimization in order to obtain maximum employee performance.
In order to help employees develop, different approaches are taken into account such as individual performance assessment, training, job analysis and job design, job evaluation, employee compensation and also cooperation in company's internal affairs by receiving suggestions and through work committees, which are being regularly monitored and updated.
